Established in 1996 to provide exclusive disability reinsurance marketing services for HRMP and to provide consulting services, arbitration and expert witness services to interested parties.

Consultant to Reinsurance Facilities, Reinsurance Intermediaries and Insurance Companies in all facets of the group disability insurance business.  To date have successfully helped a number of companies to invigorate sales in their disability portfolios and have helped several new entrants into the market (particularly in the area of integrated/managed disability).

  • Solving the Disability Reinsurance needs (Treaty/Facultative) of clients for Special Risk, A&H, Individual and Group Life, Individual DI and Group Disability (STD/LTD) Lines

Created American Disability Reinsurance Underwriters Syndicate (ADRUS).

Guided 26-member pool through 11 profitable years, reinsuring 110 insurance companies.

Grew to the largest U.S. reinsurance operation for group LTD.

Second Vice President of Reinsurance - UNUM

Thirteen years with responsibilities in claims and claims management, systems development, and marketing. Responsible for 1/3rd of direct sales operations (including group and individual products).

Full responsibility for reinsurance operations (including assumed and ceded business). The reinsurance operations grew to first amongst U.S. Reinsurers for Group LTD - while maintaining profitability.
